Cancellation Policy

Travel insurance is strongly advisable for all short breaks and holidays, and is even obligated on many of our holidays. If you do not have travel insurance, please visit our travel insurance page.

It is essential for British citizens to possess a full ten-year passport, valid for at least six months beyond the return date for all holidays abroad. Some of our holidays within the UK also require a passport. Visas are needed by UK passport holders to enter a number of countries we offer and may incur an additional charge. Please check carefully if you need a visa as we cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation of a holiday due to the non-granting of one. If you are unsure, please contact us before making a booking.

This depends on what changes you need to make and what the terms and conditions are for the specific holiday, hotel or flight you have booked.

If you wish to amend a booking or enquire if a specific change can be made, please fill in the ‘Contact Us’ form at the top of this page with details. We will then be able to check the booking details and get back to you as soon as possible to advise if the amendment is possible and if it will incur a refund or additional charge.

In some cases, flights, hotels and tours are totally non-refundable and non-changeable which means the airline would treat changes to travel dates as a cancellation and you would need to re-book and pay again.

All fees will be advised prior to any amendment being made on your behalf.

Health requirements and an individual traveller’s needs can vary by region, length of stay and month of travel. It is therefore impossible for us to provide information to travellers. The National Travel Health Network and Centre website gives generic advice by country, but we strongly recommend contacting your GP or nurse at least 10 weeks before you travel for tailored advice. We cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation of a holiday due to not meeting health requirements.
