Itinerary
- Meet and assist at the Hurghada airport. Please look for the representative as they will assist you through immigration and other formalities and transfer you to the ship to Luxor for embarkation. The friendly crew will welcome you and assist you in settling in your cabin. Overnight stay on board in Luxor.
- Enjoy your first Egyptian sunrise, followed by a visit to the West Bank to the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Afternoon sailing and overnight stay in Esna. Early morning breakfast Visit West Bank 13:00 - Lunch 16:30 - Tea Time 20:00 - Dinner 21:30 - Cocktail Party Sailing to Edfu.
- Morning departure to Edfu where you will visit the extraordinary Temple of Horus, the mythical son of Isis and Osiris. Here, according to myth, Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by defeating his father's brother Seth in combat. Sail on to Kom Ombu to visit the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris and then onto Aswan for the night. 08:00 to 09:00 - Breakfast 09:00 - Visit Edfu 11:30 - Sailing to Kom Ombo 13:00 - Lunch 16:30 - Tea Time 17:00 - Visit Kom Ombo 18:30 - Sailing to Aswan 20:00 - Dinner Overnight in Aswan.
- Visit the High Dam - finished in 1971, it has ensured up to three harvests a year. The Unfinished Obelisk - still rooted to the bedrock of pink granite and the Temple of Isis on Philae Island. Overnight at Aswan. 07:00 to 08:00 - Breakfast 08:00 - Visit Aswan 13:00 - Lunch 14:30 - Nubian Village (Optional) 20:00 - Dinner 21:30 - Nubian Show Overnight Aswan.
- Relax and enjoy a trip in a traditional felucca around Elephantine Island which will lead you to the Botanical Gardens on General Kitchener Island given as a gift in 1890. Here, visitors enjoy the beautiful flowers imported from Africa, India and the Far East, with an optional excursion to the ancient wonder of Abu Simbel. Sail and overnight to Aswan.04:00 - Abu Simbel (Optional) and the rest. 08:00 - 09:00 - Breakfast 13:00 - Lunch 14:30 - Felucca Ride Sail back to Luxor and overnight.
- Tour the East Bank with a visit to Luxor Temple, originally joined to Karnak by an avenue of sphinxes. Visit Karnak which covers a huge area and includes several temples, the largest being the Temple of Amun. Overnight in Luxor with an optional Karnak Sound and Light.07:00 - 08:00 - Breakfast 08:00 - Visit East Bank Luxor 13:00 - Lunch 19:30 - Dinner 20:45 - Pick up time for Sound and Light Show Overnight Luxor.
- Our 7th day will take us to the West Bank of the Nile where we will visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatchipsut Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. In the evening guests have the option to enjoy a sound and light show at Karnak temple. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
