The ‘Prisoner’s’ Portmeirion, Gardens & Steam of Wales

Bodelwyddan (pronounced bod-el-with-an), is a Grade II listed Victorian building near the North Wales coast, close to Snowdonia. Set within the grounds of a romantic castle, but with all the amenities of a modern Hotel, including a superb range of leisure facilities, numerous daily activities, and nightly live entertainment. The hotel was given a £6 million renovation and awarded a 4* AA award.

All bedrooms have: En-suite bathroom, towels, free Wi-Fi, a TV, hairdryer, safe, comfy chairs and reading lights and tea & coffee making facilities with biscuits. Disabled facility rooms available in most grades.

Standard Room – Located in Llewelyn Hall & Princes Hall & Hens Roost & Williams Village (Hens Roost & Williams Village on ground and 1st floors – no lift, some rooms on ground floor are accessed by a couple of steps). Sole occupancy of twin or double supplement £120pp.

Signature Room – supplement £40pp – Located in Llewelyn Hall, Princes Hall & Hens Roost & Williams Village (Hens Roost & Williams Village – ground and 1st floors – no lift, some ground floor accessed by a couple of steps) also comes with the Signature Experience. Royale Room – supplement £50pp – Located in Hens Roost & Williams Village (Hens Roost & Williams Village on ground and 1st floors – no lift) some rooms on ground floor are accessed by a couple of steps) also comes with the Signature Experience. On request, subject to availability.

Garden Lodges – supplement £100pp – Located in the gardens about 400-metre walk from the main facilities also comes with the Signature Experience. On request, subject to availability.
